Ventas chicago asset management financial analyst – As a financial analyst, you will analyze variances to plan and forecast updates and track consolidated capital expenditures and forward capital commitments. The position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management has been recently promoted to Nicholas W. Jacoby. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of triple net leased assets. Jacoby joined Ventas in 2005 as a financial analyst and has been with the firm since 2012.
Dan’s experience as an operator gives him a unique perspective on the complexities of healthcare real estate asset management. He oversees the value maximization of healthcare real estate assets through careful financial review, on-site market research, and site visits.
He has also had extensive experience evaluating investment opportunities for Arsenal Venture Partners. Before joining Ventas, Ms. Smith was a Financial Analyst at Banc of America Securities in New York.

Mr. Ventas has a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, working for both private equity firms and real estate asset management firms. His experience in the affordable housing sector includes managing a portfolio of $350 million in multifamily and healthcare real estate.
Previously, he worked for Inland Real Estate, where he led the team and led equity syndication efforts. Prior to Ventas, he worked at Ernst & Young as a senior financial analyst, representing investors in 1031 tax deferred exchanges and in the Real Estate Accounting and Development practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
